Becoming more popular is wanting to have all of the photos that have been taking on your wedding day, with the invention of digital photography there are more photos than ever before as no film is being used up ,
There are very large benefits with buying a master DVD especially if you have many family members who will be wanting copies as you should then be free to print as many and do want you want with the photos .
However you should also realize that some photographers will put a very high premium on these services as at the end of the day you are buying every photo that he/she has taken on the day and you are purchasing his extra work and any chance they may have to make sales off of extra prints.
Before digital a photographer would have never have dreamed of selling his negatives so whilst it is a popular option depending on who you have as a photographer it may be an expensive one
Before picking you wedding Photographer be sure to sit down with them and go through their portfolio,
Make sure that you ask questions about the photos and the cost involved should there be any, photographers will show you black and white , sepia and maybe even colorization but what they don’t tell you is some will charge for this as an extra service.
Most Photoshop work should never really be seen, with this lovely weather we have here in Spain we do have one drawback and that can be insect bites. These are easily removed at a later date but of not done correctly it can make the photo actually look worse
Be sure you know the true quality and cost of what you will receive
In these troubling financial time people are always looking at ways to save money.
What is become a trend is asking the photographer to cover less hours.
Whilst these sounds like a good idea and in some cases may be the only option the truth is this us your one special day and having the photographer there for less hours will only limit you to the variety of photos that you could have.
We never like to shoot all the photos in one location, no matter how mice that one location may be as a whole album on the scene can make the day look abut too posed.
Whilst you may save a few euro’s you may wish you tried to save the money elsewhere.

Don’t forget to always give the correct contact information
We always ask for a contact number on the day in case of an emergency and the correct address or directions.
However at a recent wedding the direction and address we were given was wrong and they had recently changed the house numbers in that area. So to confirm where to meet we phoned the contract numbers we were given only to get no answer.
It turn out they left both contact numbers back in the uk and didn’t supply us with a new one .. after driving around the area and even to the church we did finally mange to contact them and everything else ran smoothly fir the rest of the day
Please be sure to give your photographer the correct contact details for the day of your wedding and update them if they change.
When you decide on a wedding photographer and you sit down with them to look at what they have to offer be sure you are really seeing real weddings and not a hired model.
you may see beautify put together photos that are truly breath taking however what you don’t know is that a model was hired for it and it took 3 hours to get the 1 shoot.
Unfortunately this is starting to become common place in some studios which can be misleading.
I will be the 1st person to tell you how important your wedding photos are and will be for you but I also realize that you do only have one day and that you want to spend that day worth family and friends and not 3 hours to get 1 or 2 great photos . a nice compromise as to be meet.
So make sure you are seeing real people really getting married then you will know what to expect
